Named after Sir Kenelm Digby, a seventeenth century alchemist who invented the modern wine bottle, Digby aims to produce world class sparkling wine. They carefully select their vineyard partners across England and mature their wine for ample time on the lees and under cork. The grapes are sourced from a mixture of chalk, greensand and clay soil to produce five vibrant and elegant sparkling wines with a lot of character.
A vibrant sparkling which is a great expression of Digby’s house style, it stems from England’s most luscious Pinot Noir with rich, aged Chardonnay and plummy Pinot Meunier. Round and generous with a mineral touch.
