Zisola is located in the Southeast of Sicily, the home of Nero D’Avola, close to the magnificent town of Noto, celebrated for its Baroque architecture. It is one of the most beautiful and spectacular areas of the region and is protected by Unesco as a world heritage site. Here, in this spot rich of history, the Mazzei family found unexpressed potential and pioneered an ambitious project with considerable added value.
Zisola counts six double bedrooms (three in the Villa and three in the Guesthouses) and 1 single (staff) bedroom, each with unsuited bathroom and equipped with Air Conditioning and fans. The villa has two spacious living rooms, smaller TV room, dining room, and kitchen. It is equipped with ADSL Wi-Fi, telephone and satellite TV.
In the garden, hidden by olives, citrus and almonds trees, is the spacious swimming pool (16x8 meters), with a spectacular view of the surrounding vineyards. There is a pergola which seats up to 8 people at the dining table and count a few lounge chairs. Behind the villa is also the vegetable garden, and above the main entrance is the magnificent terrace used mainly for aperitivo at sunset, with views opening over Noto and the beautiful landscape of Sicily.
The nearest beach is Eloro (about 10 minutes by car), while the Vendicari Natural Reserve (a protected wildlife oasis) boasting one of the most beautiful beaches of Oriental Sicily, is only 11km away.
